deliver internationally ?
Yes we do.
2.Do you
detax?
For tax
refund, you need to give us a billing and shipping address (DOM TOM excluded).
We will send you a detax document to the shipping address and as soon as we get
the document back, stamped by the customs services, we will refund the tax of
you order. To get a detax document, contact our customers service.
3. Can I
come to your premises to pay for and collect my orders?
Yes you
can. We will be glad to welcome you on our premises.
4. Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Parcels sent via the French “Colissimo recommendé”
system can be delivered on Saturdays. You can also have your orders delivered
to a different address where someone can take it for you (work place, at a
friend’s place,…)
5. Can I spread my payments?
If your order is €150 or more, you can spread your
payments by sending several checks.
6. What sort of credit card can I pay with?
You can pay with the French national card (the “Carte
Bleue”), Visa, Eurocard/ Mastercard and the Aurore Card. You can also pay with
checks, by bank transfer, paypal or bank order.
