depending on the size and the type of items to be delivered.
- You choose the delivery address when you
order: you can choose to receive your purchases at home, at work,… or have them
sent at somebody else’s address if it is a gift-order.
For each item we send, we always use the
best-suited delivering way.
Wrapping and mailing plus insurance are
included in the post and packing charges.
1.1 “Express/priority delivering”
Lessculpteurs.com is offering to mail your
items through a registered French post system called “Colissimo”. It includes:
- home
delivery
- express
delivery (48 hours for France
and aproximatly 6 days for the rest of the world)
- secure
delivery: you acknowledge receipt of your parcel and you may refuse it in case
of a problem. Moreover, if you are not home, the postman will leave you a calling card and you can go and pick up
your parcel at your post office once you are back
- an
online delivery tracking
All the items on our website are delivered
through the priority registered post system.
- What
to do in case of a receipt problem?
We work with highly-qualified delivery
professionals but accidents might happen. If the packing is damaged (shock,
impact…) or if the parcel does obviously not correspond to what you are
expecting (size, weight), we are asking you to mention it on the deliverer’s
document and to email us as quickly as possible to let us know about the
problem. To make the whole procedure easier, we advise you to check the state
of the packing and the items inside the parcel in the presence of the deliverer.
2.1. Delivery problems due to the delivering
company.
Any delivery problem (damage, missing item,
broken item,…) must be mentioned on the deliverer’s document, with your
signature on. If the deliverer has the specific “Constat 170” for Colissimo
form, ask him to use it.
If the above procedure has not been followed,
no reclaim will be accepted.
2.2. Correspondence problems.
If the item you were delivered does not
correspond to the item you ordered, we are asking you to express your reclaim
as follows:
- immediately
on the deliverer’s document (with your signature on)
- by
email to [email protected]
on the very first working day after reception
As soon as lessculpteurs.com is informed of
your reclaim, you will get a return number for the item(s) via email. All
returns must be first approved of by lessculpteurs.com by email thanks to a
return number that is valid for 7 days. If your order has not been sent back
within that time, you will have to ask for another return approval. The return
form must be joined to the returned item(s).
Then, the product will automatically be
exchanged, if available.
Any reclaim that would not follow the above
rules or that would not respect the deadlines will not be accepted and
lessculpteurs.com will be released from all responsibility in case of a problem.
Exchange charges will be paid by lessculpteurs.com, unless the item does not
correspond to what is mentioned on the original return document.
Already worn items or returned items that are
not in a perfect state will not be accepted.
Our return policy is strict. Please read
carefully the whole article before sending back your order.
- Availability
1.1. Delivery time.
The delivery times mentioned below depend on
the availability of the items. Start counting from the acceptance of your
order.
- items
in stock: the order is being taken care of the day you order, if it is done
before 2PM
.
- Available
At our
suppliers’: we order the same day and we send it to you as soon as we receive
it. (Of course, we are talking about business days!)
- Revocation
right.
If you are not satisfied with you’re your
order, you may use the revocation clause and ask for refund. First, you have to
inform our customer service by email within 7 days after the delivery. Then you
will get a return number that you will have to join to the returned parcel.
All returned orders must be done within 3 days
after the return number has been sent. After this deadline, the parcel will not
be accepted. The returned item must still have its labels attached, accessories
and original package materials.
We are asking the customer to inform
lessculpteurs.com by email within 7 days if he/she intends to return an order.
Any exchange will be refused if all the above-mentioned conditions are not
fulfilled.
The return
policy is strict. Read carefully the whole article before sending us your order
back.
- Charges
The post
and packing charges are always clearly mentioned before you submit your
purchase. If you order more than one article, the charges remain the same.
